My insurance is Humana PPO and I reside in San Antonio, Tx (78249). My eyes are bothering me and I need new glasses and contact lens.
Please help!

You know.. there is no easy way to know that.. You cannot look it up in the phone book and there it will tell you.... There are two thilng s to do:
a) Call your insurance company and ask them if they have the names, etc of vision centers that will accept that insurance.
b) Call each one and ask them

Call different places and see if they deal with yout insurance company. That;s what I did. Or your human resources person at your place of work(if thats how you are insured) might have a list of places that accept it.

your insurance card should have a 1-800 # on the back of it call that number & they will let you know which ones they cover, cause thats what i do
