How do i move something to a different user account?

Its a dowload thing and i made a different user account and i need to move it.

okay,I'll try and make it easier to understand.I made a new user account,and i have a downloader(you know,..it like downloads music and stuff)thats on my old one...How do I get it on my new account ?

when you go into the new user account open the c drive and try and find the program, then drag it to the desktop

Talk about being vague.

But, there should be an option in the software to specify a download folder.
