Is is illegal in Utah if you have anyone under the age of 18 in the car with you. It is also illegal to smoke in the parks in Utah. I wouldn't pay the ticket and wait to see if they dare to arrest me and if they did arrest me I'd sue the crap out of the state for violating my constitutional rights. It is a violation of constitutional rights to enact any law that would make otherwise law abiding citizens a criminal. It also violates a persons right to pursue their own happiness. I've smoked for over 30 years and I am not going to not smoke. It is time for smokers to unite and put a end to this kind of blatant discrimination. I don't drink alcohol but I don't try to force what I think onto others even though it kills more people every year then all other drugs combined. I think drunks are making these kinds of communist laws anyways.

Yes. The main reasons people have Lung cancer, the main reasons why people have breathing diffculities is due to smoking. Smoking indoors in now illegeal, as you may have heard about 'passive smoking'. Smoking releases a tar into your body which takes ten years for just one section to dissapear. Smoking is bad for your health. In 1930, people didn't have technology we do today, which is why it was so sophisticated.
