I want to purchase a gas dryer. but the space for it(and the washer)is on the opposite side of the kitchen,away from the stove.

I'd go with a certified gas person or appliance installer ceritified for gas... they need to check for leaks after installation.... personally going cheap here is not worth blowing up the place.

Depends on wher you live and what the codes are. some areas expect a licensed plumer or a Gas heating installer or the Gas companuy to put them in. Other areas will let you get away with someone that is a handyman. so, ask around and find out from other people what to do.

GAS company - only and they must get the proper permits.

There are electric dryers - much safer in small areas too!

To answer your rude email you need to learn some manners you rude little girl. Apologies to others on here but this silly little girl sends insulting emails then turns off her email facility because she can send rude comments but doesnt like to receive replies. Grow up kiddie.

It's not that hard to do. You can get a plumber or any handyman to do it. Shouldn't be that expensive to do.
