Wow.... How do you know who is patrolling around without drawers? No, it's not right. It's an invitation. For any woman of any age. Children should be protected in every sense of the way.. down to their drawers. Literally I guess...

Absolutely NOT!!!! A child could end up with huge problems, like getting raped doing such a thing as not wearing panties.
Children as well as adults should cover up their privates in public. Children should not be dresses as skanks! It's just another marketing ploy by the fashion industry to make little girls into consumers before their age is apprpriate to decide on the clothes that are appropriate to wear.
Little girls especially, will still want to play and may bend over and expose what they do not yet know should not be exposed accidentally. There are too many sickos out there to take chances like that!

Oh my god,is this a question that needs to be asked?NO,NO,and NO!A 10 year old knows better and a 14 year old does to.Her parents must be mental to let this happen!When she gets raped{and trust me it'll happen if this continues}her parents should go to prison for letting her do these things.Get her to bootcamp and straighten this girl out!

NO! I wouldn't consider it sick, but it is very inappropriate. She's entirely too young to be doing it to seem "sexy". Good lord, I wasn't even thinking about that kind of think at 10 years old. She's still a child, she should still be thinking about kid things.....

im 10 my mom dosent let me go by myself, only if she walks a foot away from me and my bff's only my 13 yr old sister is alowed but me and my mom walk around without running into her
