No one seems to know if banks are open....NYSE is closed. What about state and county services/offices?

Tuesday is a National Day of mourning,closing Federal offices,State and county services/offices.Schools are open tomorrow.

Wouldnt it be cooler if it were a national day of Morning?
Our school district has had the day scheduled off since the beginning of the school year....this smells like a conspiracy.

it seems that most schools are still closed for winter break. banks are going to be closed and federal offices.
