Most scientists believe that 50% of behavior is genetically determined and the rest is determined by the environment.
I've read at least one study that found that intelligence is 80% genetically determined, but it's just one study. Personality is probably to a great extent also genetically determined.
Both personality and intelligence influence our behavior. It is difficult to put a number on it but it's not negligible as it was previously thought.

I'm not a expert but I think DNA only deals with the Physical Body, Behavior and opinions are based more on your enviroment.

It controls only Your temper, Mode food you love food you hate; but don't make you for example a murderer.. A criminal is not born so. You are a smart creature responsible for his actions. Your DNA didn't include that you'd slap ur wife if she's late, instead of taking her in between ur arms.

Allah SW of course mentioned us in his Holy Quran; to maintain on with and have faith what our prophet Mohamed tells us to do and be away what he tells us to not do. Holy Quran fifty 9:7 (Surah Al-Hashr verse 7) What Allah has bestowed on His Apostle (and delivered away) from the human beings of the townships belongs to Allah to His Apostle and to kindred and orphans the needy and the wayfarer; basically so it may not (purely) make a circuit between the wealth between you. So take what the Apostle assigns to you and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And concern Allah; for Allah is strict in Punishment. So if we reject the Hadith, it somewhat is like that we've rejected the Holy Quran itself.

because we do have a hand in it. your genetic predisposition has little to do with "you" from a psychological standpoint (baring any genetic anomalies that create neuro-transmitter or chemical imbalances). your upbringing in normal cases determines your values. the process of learning there-after also has a lot to do with it. so it has a lot more to do with sociology than genetics.
