well depending on what *** is -????? whatever it is - try replacing it with something thats better for you--which is totally ironic that I am telling someone this when I am addicted to about 40 different things-lol

The way nicotine works, you get a craving about every 20 minutes. It lasts for about 5 minutes so the trick is to get through the 5 minutes one at a time.

i stopped last new year. i smoked 40 a day for 20 years. what i did was to keep an unlit ciggie with me at all times and when the craving got to bad i would pretend to smoke it. take a drag and inhale even though it was not lit. the nicotine is only half the addiction. just try it, it worked for me..good luck.

there is a special type of gum that helps stop the craving for a smoke.(you can get them at the drug store )and another thing is that scientists just discovered that ther is a type of cigerette that you can smoke but instead of tabaco leaves they have lettuce leaves!hope you take my advice and good luck!

I found that ice cold water took the f­ag craving away, that's good I can write f­ag without the *** coming up.

Halls, I know that sounds crazy but it worked for me.I was up to 4 packs a day i quit with commit lozengers and when I used that up I started on halls , its been three months for me.Good luck!!!

try to hold a pen in your hand like cigarettes the craving will only last five minutes, it work for me, i use destroy that poor pens
and pencils. Good luck.
