The Devil's Dictionary by Ambrose Bierce is a pretty fun read.
Don't waste time looking for The Necronomicon - it's a fictional creation. If you want to read something that deals with The Necronomicon read the stories of H.P. Lovecraft.

According to legend, there is a book written by the devil (or inspired by the devil) called the Necronomicron. It is supposedly bound in human skin and contains the incantations to bring the dark prince into form on earth.

I don't know if you mean literally written by the devil; but there's a book called "The Book Thief" & the story is told through the devil. [He's the narrator.]

There is a book by Anne Rice, called Memnoch the Devil. The Vampire Lestat is actually the narrator, but there are whole chapters in which Satan (in this case Memnoch) states his views. And trust me, its really good.
Of course, its fiction.

Yes, but the devil puts the book in the minds & hearts of people who will kill and hurt others - and then blame it on the devil - the devil made me do it!
GOD bless us one and all, always.

"The Screwtape Letters" is written by a minor devil, Screwtape, not Satan himself. Actually by C. S. Lewis.
