5 quarts if you change the filter

SIX quarts with filter change in a 2006 pickup truck application with 4.8, 5.3, or 6.0 liter motors (don't know about the new ImpalaSS).

Don't know why they have to mess with it, every other small block Chevy I have holds 5.
