Quickbooks Enterprise has industry specific editions. It's very thorough software. The company I work for just got it about 6 months ago and we really like it.

Quick Books - cd packages are at any paper and computer stores, and there are other financial packages also.

A bar & restaurant is no different from any other business.

You have employees, and associated benefits & taxes to pay.
You have products to buy
You have services to pay.
You have rent or a mortgage to pay.
You have insurance on all of the above especially liability insurance if anyone gets drunk and messes up your place, or steals from you.
You have taxes to pay.
You have deductions for travel and other transportation.

Quickbooks or Quickbooks Pro have finstats for most businesses including yours.

I can't recommend it more highly.
