Not really. You should use the home dock and have the antenna outdoors and this will yield the best results. I have a feeling you were hoping something could let you walk around the whole house and keep the Sirius Satellite signal but there's no such device unless you can rob one that they use to bring the sat signal inside the stores! It's too bad they don't market those for individual private use.

If you have a WiFi router at your house, you can configure your Stiletto to use the WiFi signal. The sound quality isn't as good but your battery will last a lot longer. It might be worth it to get a wireless router just for this purpose.
