Well you should talk to her. A way I helped my friend who was doing the same thing is have her watch the show on NBC, I think its called to catch a predator, its a show where they catch people who are on myspace and chatrooms that come to the persons house for sexual pleasure. Does she know them from other friends?

And how does it really affect you if she has "more friends than you" ?I think that the one who the issues is other person, not her, she's not really your friend if you feel like being to competitive in such little matter!

You can either talk to her or somehow get her password without her knowing. That way you can delete friends she doesn't know. By issues do you mean she has mental retardation.
