my school is close enough that we could rive to washington in less than 20 min. They should let us out so we could witness history.

well my winter break ends tommorrow
my school only got a week and we even had to go on the 22nd of december(friday before christmas) =(

The school calendar is set up in advance and it has to be open for a certain amount of days. If it is closed, you will have to make up the day during a "snow day" or a day will be added to the end of the school year.
