Bust measurements are around the fullest part of the bust so you take the chest measurement (the 32) and add inches for every letter cup size. A=add 1 inch, B=add 2 inches and so on.

Therefore someone who wears a 32B probably has a bust of about 34 inches.

Generally, a B cup is 2 inches larger than the number. So 32B is usually 34 inches. By the way, add 1 inch for A, and 3 for C, etc.

32 -- or whatever number is there -- is the measurement in inches around your ribcage. The B -- or whatever letter is there -- is the size of the breast itself.

So if you have a 32B, you're a pretty skinny girl, with average-size breasts. If you're a 42D, you're a heavier girl, with large-size breasts. Etc.

Not sure. Maybe 32 means you're 32 inches right below the shoulders?
