during my period i get pain in my lower back and around my pelvic bone area i cant sleep and dont feel like eating, theese last until the last day of my period
I feel like i just want someone to cuddle me or rub my back i could ask my Best Friend which i have allready spoke about in another question to rub it but is that getting a bit too close. I remember one day i was going back to his house after school cos we were going out for his dads birthday and i had been in pain all day and he got me some paracetamol of his mum and asked his sister for a sanitary pad for me i thought that was really mature of a boy of 14 to do i thought that was lovely of him

But is there any way of curing period pains? without medication and how do i tell my best friend i fancy him i dont want to ruin our friendship!

Sure, try taking midol........or pamprin, those always work for me. Also, you can try a heating pad on your stomach, or take a really warm/hot bath. These pains are normal, and no you can not ever get rid of them. To bad for us girls, but thats life. Just wait till your working full time and you have craps......sometimes if they are bad enough, you might need to go to the doctor and have him/her give you something stronger. Hope this helps.

I used to get really bad lower backaches in high school during my period--I would be curled up on the floor and crying on the really bad days. They're not as bad now that I'm older (and being on the Pill might affect that too, I s'pose). Anyway, one thing that helps me is Advil (Tylenol doesn't work for me, for some reason), and also using a heating pad on my lower back to relax those muscles. If you can get the muscles to relax, the pain will lessen. Backrubs are also great for that, I agree, but you're right that it's a pretty personal area! (My husband will give me lower-back massages sometimes, and he calls it "butt massages", since the part where it hurts is really very low!)

The second part of your question is a bit trickier--my best advice is to flirt a little more obviously with him and see if he responds in kind. If not, then you can deny you were ever flirting; and if so, then you can move your relationship with him to the next level.

Good luck! :)

Some people take medicine (birth control medicine) to reduce cramps. If you eat starch, salt or saturated fat, it'll give you worse cramps.

One option is to avoid these food the first 3 days and exercise for the PMS to go by faster, or just take the medicine as stated above.

No, there's not much you can do except go to the doctor and get some strong pain meds. And lay off the caffeine if you are drinking coke or coffee or tea. caffeine causes fibroids which causes bad period pains.

It's normal just take ib profin or something else, or get on the pill: it's not just for not getting pregnant. The pill can help with that time of the month and clear up your face.
