I have been there when I was in my early 20's. There are very few people there younger than 35. It is a really slow-pace with plodding along traffic and people...drove me nuts. Nothing for the younger crowd to do. It also bothered me a lot when out to dinner in the expensive restaurants. People loved to check grab and act as if they were more important than each other.

I've never been there. When I hear it, I think of Palm Trees lining clean streets in ritzy neighborhoods.

ive only ever driven through, but me and a whole bunch of friends joke that its where all the old people go to die. lol. theres my honest, un researched answer.
