I'm not sure if the rules are the same for everywhere, but a friend of mine was dating a woman from Peru, and they were going to get her an engagement visa, which allows a fiancee of a U.S citizen to come to the U.S. for a particular length of time, during which time you could get married over here. Find out if that arrangement is available with Mexico too, and if it is be sure that when he applies he applies specifically for that type of visa. Good luck with this and with your upcoming baby!

Get married there and stay there. I am so sick of Hispanics coming here illegally or by getting married to a citizan. How about he come here and join the military that way he can work for his citizenship a little more than just getting you pregnant and marrying you.

Since he is amexican, the U.S embassy will not issue him a visa because he is young and he has no ties to his own country and he probably will want to stay in the U.S.

The best way to bring him her is to hir an ammigration attorney, and file a K3 visa, which is fince visa.

if u do that, he will be in the U.S befor the baby is born. i know an immigration attorney who does that his e mail is visa@alvoid.com.

He got denied for a reason and unless you sneak him across, you will be having your baby without him here. The process would take to long. Like I said there is something he is not telling you as to why he was denied. Lastly, I sure do hope he wants you for you and not just a green card???

Either go through the proper channels or just live in Mexico with him and your baby. You can always get married in Mexico you know.

He can "visit" the U.S. and get married while visiting. Done.

Then YOU can buy property in MX also. bonus... like Rosarito on the beach.

You two are shacking up? Shame on you. You had sex before marriage. Shame on you. Go the legal route, or stay with him in Mexico. Illegals shouldn't be here; there are legal routes to take.
