To me this is an unusual question...I would (depending) on volume.
#1. Ask if you are OK, and if you needed any help. After all you could have a chicken bone stuck in your throat.
VOL. LOW
# 2. Observe your clothing for being "out of place" drab, or having a odor of intoxication.
VOL. LOW
# 3. Observe your movements, you could be having a serious problem such as a seizure, or other medical attention requirements.
VOL. MED.
# 4. Should none of the above apply...I would likely (depending if you are of a violent nature) put you to sleep.
VOL. HIGH

well if a stranger just came up to me and growled in my ear i would sorta be scared but if u were a friend or a bf i wouldnt really care
