There is no easy way. Try picking up the top matress from the back wall and looping the corners of the fitted sheet on both and then dropping it down. Other than that pull it out from the wall. They are a pain.

Buy Inseparable sheets -- a fitted sheet and flat sheet sewn together on the wall side. The you climb on the bed, lift the corner that's in the corner and start there. Next lift the othe wall corner from the floor or ladder. Do the outside corners last. There's no easy way.

mabe take like 30 min and put like 4 layers of sheets and then every week or w/e u just pull one off until there is none and you put 4 back on

Pull the mattress up and do the back first. set it down and complete front side.
