I'VE APPLIED FOR SEVERAL ENTRY LEVEL POSITION AT THE HOSPITALS IN LAS VEGAS STILL NO CALL BACK. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL INTERVIEWS BUT NOT BEEN HIRED. WHO SHOULD I TALK TO INSTEAD OF HR?

You might want to go talk to a job counsellor, and find out why you are failing the interview It could be a matter of just needing to upgrade your interviewing skills. Unless you have a criminal record( and I'm assuming you don't), then look somewhere other than a hospital. Until that time, take any job available, so you show a willingness to work at any job they will give you.

Is there something in your background check that you might not be aware of?
I've heard of people not getting hired because something that a family member did a long time ago came up in THEIR background check...
Businesses (especially government and healthcare related businesses) have no shame when it comes to ignoring your privacy.... their background checks can be very prejudice and unforgiving at times...
The weird thing is - some absolute psychopaths still slip through the cracks and end up in the administration....
