I think instead of a spell you need herbs. Rose Hips should be eaten during your cycle (they contain everything your body needs during this time) and take a bath in Chamomile. During your bath be sure to burn a Yellow candle as this will also assist in relaxing your muscles and ridding you of cramps. Some people think St. John's Wort also helps, but this is more of a Druid thing.

Blessed Be!

Not exactly a spell (tho I am qualified). Being Pecti-Witan we are pretty well versed in herbal remedies. Raspberry leaf tea will help relieve cramping. As will Dong Quai capsules. If the pain is in your back try some Asiasarum oil applied to your back. Avoid caffeine & chocolate. Heat packs on you abdomen will feel pretty good too. and before you retire for the evening light a jasmine candle, get yourself a cup of hot chamomile tea sweetened with honey & take a nice warm soak! Hope this helps.

These are not all cramp-specific, but maybe will help.

***Spell to Heal through a Photograph
To help speed a recovery from illness, write the sick person’s name upon a white human-shaped candle of the appropriate gender. As you anoint it with three drops of myrrh or mint oil, visualize healing energy in the form of white light flowing from your hands into the candle, and say:

“In the divine name of the goddess
who breathes life into us all
I consecrate and charge this candle
as a magical tool for healing.”

Place the candle on top of a photograph of the sick person and then light the wick. As the candle burns down, concentrate upon the person in the photograph, willing him or her to be well again, and chant the following incantation:

“Magic mend and candle burn,
sickness end; good health return.”

***Spell for Pain
Take three feet of gray yarn and knot it three times to capture your pain. With scissors, cut the yarn into many small pieces, saying:

“No pain will bind me,
I am free.”

Throw the pieces away in the trash, or in the running water, or bury them. Walk away and do not look back.

***Spells to Relieve Headaches and Cramps
Dress a green candle with peppermint or lavender oil. Use peppermint or lavender incense. Suggested background music is Soothing Rain. Cast a circle if you like. As you light the candle chant:

“My pain is gone, I hurt no more,
tension flies right out the door!”

Now laugh out loud to dispel the pain. Sip Raspberry-Catnip or Chamomile tea and relax; let the tension float away Now say:

“My pain is gone, you see I’m free, So now I’m smiling happily.”

...another…

Soak in a warm bath using 5 parts of these oils: peppermint, lavender, and chamomile. You can also make a compress using 2 parts of each oil.

...a third spell…

Put a pinch of lavender, chamomile, rosemary, and mint into a coffee filter and make it like you would coffee. Or you can put the herbs in a spice ball and leave in hot water for 15 to 30 minutes.

Why does it have to be a Wiccan spell? If you are actually having bad cramps, wouldn't you want something that really works to alleviate the pain? Just in case you really aren't that ridiculous:
A regular exercise routine leads to less cramps. Soy products reduce the severity of cramps. Red wine will reduce them while you are having them.

Wiccans don't use spells for things like cramps. We'd use otc medicines or herbal remedies.
Honestly, I can't imagine any witch worth his/her salt passing out personal spells on a board like this.

Midol. Works like a charm. For leg cramps I recommend Tonic Water.
