You can install a ladder attached to the building, build a set of stairs, create another stairway in the house, or buy one of those collapsible ladders that sit on the floor by a window.

WHY NOT A GALVANIVED PIPE PIPE ATTACHED TO THE SOFFIT UP TOP & IN DIRT/CONCRETE @ BOTTOM.... IF IT'S SAFE ENIOUGH FOR FIREMAN WHY NOT YOU? - CHEAP!! & WILL LAST FOR YEARS, & TELL ME A KID CAN'T DO THAT!! HA!!
