I'm 5'2" and I weigh 130 lbs and healthy. I'm pretty sure a 50 lb difference in one inch is a lot. If you are 86 lbs and eating normally, you should talk to your doctor because you may have other health issues. On the other hand, some people have super fast metabolisms (I wish I did!) and stay really thin no matter what they eat.
Although people may consider you anorexic if they didn't know you, I hope you know that "anorexic" isn't a body type, it's am eating disorder. If you don't eat (or constantly starve yourself by eating very tiny amounts), you are anorexic. If you eat but throw up, you are bulemic. If either of those things sound like you, I hope for your sake that you can find a friend or a doctor or a therapist to talk to so you can work your way through this disease.
Good luck!

You are definately underweight. Anorexia is an eating disorder but being underweight does not mean you are anorexic unless you do have that eating disorder. If you are anorexic you need to get help before you wind up with severe health problems or worse yet dead from it. If you are not anorexic then eat foods that are high in calories but nutritritious at the same time. Also see a doc for a complete physical to be sure there is no physical reason you are underweight.

Your BMI is under 18. That is a very unhealthy weight for your height. Yes, you would be considered anorexic at the height and weight that you are, especially if you think that you are fat. How old are you? Maybe that's why you are so skinny. I suggest that you get to a doctor as soon as possible. It's either an eating disorder or a thyroid problem.

I don't think you fully understand the meaning of Anorexia. It is a mental disorder, where the sufferer drastically reduces their food intake to lose weight, because they have a distorted body image and obsession with their weight and size. However, even as they lose weight, they still see themselves as 'fat' and are never satisifed, often starving themselves down to extremely low weights and putting their health and lives at risk.
Telling us what you weigh doesn't tell us anything, except that you are underweight. But you could be underweight for all sorts of reasons. You need to provide more information. HTH : )

Umm, that depends on if you actually ARE anorexic. You never stated if you eat regularly or not. And, how old are you? I am tall for my age, but I was about 11 years old when I was 5'3, and if you're around that age, you aren't considered anorexic, you probably just have an extremely fast metabolism.

You would be classified as anorexic IF at 86 lbs or more, you still consider yourself fat.
Anorexia is a psychological disorder where a person portrays a mental image of them self as fat even though in reality they are underweight. If this is your, then you are anorexic and should seek professional help ASAP.

Yes you are. You are at a very dangerous weight for your height. Please call someone at an eating disorder clinic and get help right away. Either do a search online for the clinic or professional or look in your phone book. Good luck.
