Tom Kelly managed the Twins to their only World Series Championship wins in 1987, and in 1991. He has been manager of the Twins from 1986-2001. Those are my reasons. What do you think? If yes, when do you think the Twins will do it?

I never really considered it before, but now that you bring it up, yeah I think they should! We won a title (MN's first) in his first full year... then won another one! He also did not retire until he felt the team was on the way back up. (witch they were) He didn't leave a mess behind for Gardinhire, but a solid young nucleus that got Gardy off to a great start! Heck yeah, let's raise no. 10 to the baggie with 3, 6, 14, 23, and 34!

Yes I think the Twins should retire his number out of respect to him and his years with the team, and also for what he accomplished as the manager.

i've got no longer been able to finding it everywhere, sorry. yet TK in basic terms had some ejections in his profession. It became an extremely low selection, i think of under 10. He wasen't the kind of guy to get ejected from video games. human beings continually shaggy dog tale that Ron Gardenhire has extra ejections in a season than Tom had in his profession, so of course it relatively is a low selection considering the fact that Gardy gets ejected plenty for the time of the season.

It would indeed show respect for Tom Kelly.

They should do it after next season. Or when they win a WS.
