It depenends on what price budget it is! If you have a large price band, why dont you and some of your friends go on a day out, or even have a limo ride around town, even go and see a football team play. If you are on a medium budget, try a disco and invite all of your friends. Go bowling and have a shopping day. If it is a small budget then try a small tea with a few friend. Why not have a sleepover or something!

You could go to Chuck E. Cheese's......
Find a church with an in door pool and have a Pool Party....
or just invite 3 or 4 friends over and have an all night sleepover
(watch movies..eat a bunch of junk food......play games...)

Have a costume party with a theme. That will enable you to choose the snacks and foods to go along with the theme you pick. It would be a very unique birthday for sure.

Don't drink! Do you have a pool? Don't use it! (it will be too cold) Don't serve food. (people hate that stuff) Throw a house party...
