The problem is overinflated egos!! For instance, how often do you hear a rapper say, "I'm really not that good at _____" Nope, according to their "lyrics" they are the best at everything they do.
Silly considering that bragging so much about yourself usually is a sign of low self-esteem

Main cause is the neurotic need for acceptance, recognition and the approbation of others = power trippers ( $ ) !!! Then, comes "turf" beefs ... war is the inevitable result of GET... GET... GET !!!

egos and marketing. no offence the majority of people who listen to rap are fools and more likely to believe this beef crap. Rappers are bellends aswell they result to drive by shooting eachother because they're stupid, instead of talking like civillsed people.
