You do not have to purchase a home in millsberry, one is given to you for free. Click on the "My Place" link and you will be prompted to create a home.
Once you have chosen your neighborhood and customized the outer appearance of your house you can enter. You will be given 3 rooms to start with - a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom, and you will be given a set of basic furniture for those rooms.
To add additional rooms to your house you must visit the hardware store http://www.millsberry.com/shop.phtml?shop_id=8 and go to the consruction area http://www.millsberry.com/construction/

You go to "My Place" on the list on the left. It'll say you don't have a house, and you can make one by clicking on a button. Hope it helps!

they are absoulutly free. if your new and havent created a home yet go to "My place"
