yeah, It'll look good for the first few years, but its only a matter of time before your skin cells get fried and produce bad sun spots. Not only that, it wont take too long for premature aging to set in.- I'm talking about the tiny wrinkles above your lip and underneath your eyes.
Its concentrated UV. I dont understand why young girls do it to begin with! there skin is so smooth and young for only so long but for some reason they think its a good idea to get wrinkly before there 20 years old.
TRUST ME my step sister tanned a lot since she was 16- she's not even 20 years old and her skin looks worse than my 50 year old mothers (who never has tanned)
Is tanning attractive? well... i think not. there are plenty of much healthier ways to look and feel beautiful

it looks good to be tan. But too much sun causes cancer. And later in life it makes you look older. And the skin starts to look like leather. just tanning alittle seems attractive

My aunt thinks so she tans all summer and goes to the tanning bed a lot but i don't think it does, but i never have a problem i don't have to tan...all i have to do is go outside a few times and i'm really tan.

A mild, natural tan is ok, but going over the top is not healthy, nor is it attractive. Tanning beds are as dumb as smoking, well, almost.

I feel I looked better with a tan, but I stopped a few years back, dont want the bad effects of it.

Not really. Unless they are as pale as a ghost, then they will certanly be more attrative after a tan. If you are naturally tanned and pay to get tan. You will end up black. Tan too much and you'll get early wrinkles. Not attrative.

some girls do look beautiful nice and tanned, but you have to think about the long term effects that is has on you. Looking beautiful for the moment isnt worth skin cancer in the long run to me.

Unless you consider the girl herself, and how she wants to change herself.
Beauty still is in the eye of the beholder. Just go to any mall, regardless of tan or size, we all seem to have some kind of significant other.
