I once came across a news article about man and cars. It said if the man can afford two cars, the first one normally represents his wife, the second one represents his mistress. I asked my husband what his dream cars would be, he said he will get a Volvo first, then a Porsche!

His answer seems normal to me. I wouldn't mind that if my husband said that to me. Volvos are great cars. You, like me, are obviously the dependable one that he feels safe with, his anchor in troubled times. There is nothing wrong with that. That's power there. The other choice exhibits a hint of danger, which is always exciting to men, but they can't sustain that all the time, which is where the wives come into the picture. I mean, it is like a husband who looks at Playboy or goes to Hooters or to a topless bar once in a while, but is still a loving and devoted father, right? Just as long as your lines of communications stay open and loving, you should not worry about anything. As to your feelings, if you think he might want a little excitement at this point in his life, how about trying a new lipstick, hairstyle, or buying a new nightie? Don't fall into that trap that many women do and say why should I change for him? It's not changing, it's playing with a man who is really just a boy on Christmas morning underneath. Guys usually love that sort of thing. It tells them you are thinking about them. It's just in good fun between the couple, right? I've been married for twenty-one years, and a marriage is an evolving relationship that changes with time. It is just important to pay attention to the curves, right? Just make sure you are both on the right track and you will stay happy together. Good luck!

Don't believe everything that you read.
Talk to the men that actually HAVE TWO CARS. Or me that has 8 cars. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WOMEN!!
The first car is symbolic of who you really are. Look at the cost, the styling, the age, the interior (messy or neat), the exterior wax or rust, the way it is mechanically maintained, the percentage of driving it gets. THAT is symbolic of the man's personality.
The second car is symbolic of the same man's interests, goals in life, financial status, mid-life crisis?, peer pressure, what do the neighbors have? OR??? His PAST life, high school? the classic car he never had at age 20?
Is your man a mechanic of his own cars? If not, he is just wealthy enough to have 2 cars. The symbolism goes down the drain. He's just a guy with money to burn.
ONLY A MAN WHO IS his own mechanic and takes care of his autos can be judged BY his autos.
If ANY man wants to talk about his cars and the meaning of his cars... ask him first, "What is your exact gas mileage and what have you done to improve it?"
You will immediately know if he is wealthy, lazy, interested in other people, or fits the "stereotyped-by-auto" category.

Volvo is a very good and supposedly safe car. Guess that could be compared to a wife. Porsche is the sports model and I think it is up to the wife to prove that she has the pace to keep it harnessd.

I might desire to have self assurance that maximum every person is respectable, compassionate people who shelter others. certainly one of those super variety of people do astounding, astonishing issues for people and we'd desire to keep in mind that besides. there is obviously a minority group in society, like those baying mobs, who do not fee existence and have no empathy for somebody pushed so low that they suspect approximately suicide. those every person is interior the minority and as you assert to Widget Maker, have not been raised with love or compassion.

That saying is all complete crap! Nowadays a man can barely afford one vehicle. And if he can afford two he can afford a mistress too. Lol.

If that's true then my truck represents the work I'm married to, and my camouflaged Geo tracker means I'm having an affair with hunting
