Even though she's younger than me, she's turned into something short of a bully. We've been friends since we were both kids and grew up together. Lately (In the past two years) she's changed, and begun to insult me (ie, 'you dress like a pig') and acting as though she's superior to me. I've tried to think of any possible thing I could have to make her angry with me, but I can't.
I used to enjoy her friendship and don't want to push her away. But how can I get her to stop being insulting and generally childish towards me and still be friends?

tell her how you feel. if she doesn't change she don't care. but if u want to work this out you need to tell her about her attitude and ask her y she changed so much.

Simply sit her down and say
look we grew up together and ever since then I've enjoyed the friendship that you've given me but lately you've been acting childish towards me and it has to end if you truly value our friendship then stop and if they're something I did then you need to let me know because this has to end and it pains me to know that you would think all the things you said about me.
Hope I helped,
Brianna

tell her how you feel. you may have been friends for a long time but maybe you are growing apart. maybe she is trying to impress some other so called friends or people she wants to be her friends or maybe something is seriously bugging her. ask her what her deal is and if she continues then just move on because someone who would treat you that way isnt a true friend

Doesn't sound like a friend to me. I would move on. She's not angry over some specific thing you did to her, she doesn't have any respect for you or your feelings. That's not a friend.

you know what
she is only bulling you cuz she is scared of you
she knows its the only way to get to you
she is jealous and got tired of you being the cool one so she is trying to be
don't let her do that
i don't know you but i know you dont deserve is
no one does
just ignore her
tell her
"if you dont think I'm cool then why do you hang out with me?" or u can get back at her with "thanks for caring so much to think of me. If you didn't like me you wouldn't waste your time insulting me." Don't hurt yourself like that

Quit taking her calls, don't be available to her when she wants to do something. If you're not enjoying the friendship any longer, don't torture yourself.

Why would you want to be friends with someone like that? Tell her to get lost!

try not to be nice to her but don't be mean either. just don't pay attention to her. she needs to respect you and the good time you had together before.
