Loud knocking on hard lock in my subaru outback?

Only after I have driven over 100kms tho so will it be the CV joint?

Possibly, or it could be one of the rear axle joints. The stress put on those is incredible!! Check those first before the front wheel cv's get checked. They're easier to check than the front cv's.
