Well 4MB is very small. You'd probably want to use 4GB. Technically yes you can do this.
This is such a simple question, why don't you just try it and see.

Memory is where the data gets sent before being processed, hard drive is where data is sotred before memory takes it and sends it to the processor. Only thing you can do with flash drives if the game supports it and the drive is big enough, is install the game on the drive and run it from there. It will be really slow and it wont save you any "memory" seeing how the data on the flash drive has to be sent to your memory anyways..

Your desktop does not have memory?
If the pc game file size will fit on a flash drive, you can put it there. If the file size will fit on a flash drive, the program isn' t that big and there is no problem leaving it on your hard drive.

Some games may but some dont work. Also, 4mb of space wont be big enough. If you mean 4gb, that is more than enough. Just try it. Go to your firectory of the game at ' C:/Program Files/....' and transfer the whole folder across.
You can always buy a new hard drive and add it to your PC to increase storage,

If that doesn't artwork, then you definately'll might desire to locate 'transportable' variations of those video games. merely extract the transportable variations into the usb. bear in mind; video games study there directories, in different words, the subject that tells them the place all their documents are; is the registry. do no longer bypass screwing around interior the college laptop's registry however!
