I always use condoms when i have sex ALWAYS...but you know when you miss a period thats the first reason you think of....i cant get on the pill because i have a hypothyroid and the meds i take would lower the effectiveness of the pill..thanks for the suggestions though...

You could be, but its unlikely. Sometimes stress causes people not to have a regular period. Birth control can help you keep it regular though

First, take a deep breath. Ok...it sounds like you just skipped a period in November. It happens. Those preggers tests are pretty accurate. If you start throwing up in the morning, you will know it wasn't.

But girl, you need to learn from this. You need to be on the pill and your man needs to use a condom. Condoms alone are not good enough. Go to Planned Parenthood TODAY and get yourself some birth control!

Condoms leak, slip and break all the time. When that happens, you are exposed to those little baby making boogers!

If you don't like the pill, maybe your health insurance will pay to get your tubes tide. They can always reserse it later when you are ready for a family.

Be careful, sista!

stress could prevent you from getting your period. However, you CAN still have a period and be pregnant. If you really think you are go to the gyno and get the test.

First, I would take a retest. Then speak with a doctor.

You might be pregnant but not nessarily. My last girlfriend had a problem with her periods, she wasn't pregnant but her cycle was disrupted because of her health.

If you find you are not pregnant then you could have other factors involved.

I wouldn't worry, just take care of yourself.

I would not get your tubes tied because you never know what the future brings, you may want children. also artificial birth controll is not good. if your having sex outside of marriage the best form of controll is abstinence untill marriage. therefore you can wait and save yourseff for someone that you can give yourself to totally.

No. That happens to me. Sometimes I go three months without having my period. It means you're getting more active and more exercise in between your periods.

Well my guess is that you aren't, but if your periods are not regular, you may need to take another test. Probably not pregnant though.
