Only the front part of the v-shaped rack configuration is accessible to me (and doing any cooling) because the back part is very thick with dust. As a result I have to vacuum much more often; if I don't, there is no cooling at all (happened one time).

The appliance is about 4 yrs old and the fins are underneath it, accessed from the front.

Lowes' and Home Depot carries an appliance cleaning brush it is about 3 feet in total length, 20 inch or so is bristles, and it has a rubber tip in the end of it so you don't rupture or snag the coils when cleaning them. Be very careful with it.

You need a 36 inch thin bottle brush to get back there and brush out the lint while using the vacumn hose attachment at the same time......

if you get a long vac attachment it is thin enough to go all the way back. You could also blow it out as some vacs have that feature.
