Absolutely not!! You think people want to see your feet? Pools, beach, athletic club...fine, but keep your nasty feet out of the public domain.

Flips flops look awesome on guys, especially when it's real hot where you live. I mean if it's like snowing outside, dont wear them. I don't mind seeing anyone's feet in public. Heck, i wouldn't mind if people went barefoot. (I see that a lot. I live in very weird city. lol) It's great that you know that you should NEVER where socks and sandals. It looks strange. I don't know what brand to direct you to, but go for something that is comfiest for you. A lot of guys i know where sandals suit for like hiking, i bet that would be cool. Flip flops look perfectly well under jeans, just make sure that they aren't skin tight jeans that squeeze ya bad, or super baggy jeans.
Hope i helped!

In Australia is normal to wear them all the time your flip flops our thongs :-) (no I'm not talking undies) have been around forever and are considered normal footwear, worn year round and there's nothing wrong with that unless its a formal occasion. As to sandals that's a different story, sandals are fine as long as you're not wearing socks with them, that would be considered eeeeeeeeeeewwwww!

I think its OK for men to wear flip-flops to the beach or around the house, other than that it looks gay. But, a man in leather sandals is proper anywhere. Believe it or not, Wal-mart has some Nice leather sandals for men.

That end part is true. Flip flops are fine. If this is your only concern you should get a hobby. Actually it may come as a surprise but not everybody is looking at us. They are all worried about themselves. Relax and enjoy the comfort and who cares!!

flip flops for guys should be worn with shorts in my opinion, and as long as you keep your feet nice and well taken care of,you should have no problem.wear your flip flops with confidence b cuz there are ppl out there that might not look as good in flip flops.

in, my opinion, you can wear whatever you want. but, i like wearing flip flops with shorts or skirts the most, but i guess there is nothing wrong with wearing jeans with flip flops.
do's and dont's:
don't drag your feet on the sider walk because it is much more tempting with flip flops.
don't walk to loosley, because then you are more lilkey to trip.
when you go shopping, make sure that the bottom of a flip flop is not to slippery because you can and will fall.

No one should wear flip flops anywhere but at the beach, they give no support , are bad for your feet , the sound they make is trailer park and the plastic ones make you look white trash.

Sure....why not?...If they are comfortable.....Just don't wear them if you go somewhere dressed in a suit or tie...
I have seen men wear them with socks....To me, that doesn't look good!...Wearing them with blue jeans looks fine!
Enjoy your "flip flops"....They have been around for years!

Definitely wear them in public, I think guys in flip flops or sandals is fine and can be an attractive way to dress as well. The only times I think they look awkward is (as you mentioned already) wearing them with socks, or with anything dressy such as slacks. I think they look great with jeans.
