I am able to purchase the frames but unable to use for this reason-any craft workers out there to advise me please

I'm not sure what you mean by frames for your hand bag but if your looking for clamps I found some at walmart for very cheap.
I used them to hold down wood parts so I could screw them together. I had no one around to help me and the clamps worked extremely well. They came in many different sizes very small ones to large clamps.

it's called a rivet. you can get an inexpensive riveting tool at home depot, Lowe's, or your local hardware store
