the passed week and a half or so i have been getting this twingy pain in the middle of my tummy on the right side, sort of to the right of my belly button area, (it doesnt hurt, but rather it feels like a small little twinge no bigger then a pin and it doesnt last long but rather for a second at a time..)the passed 2 or 3 days i've been getting dull cramp (PMS) pains, but no bleeding yet... anyone ever experience any of these? I'm waiting a few more days to see if i start bleeding before i take a test,... i hate seeing negative results lately

You could have a cyst pushing on something. Have it checked out.....

Yes, there is a possibility that you may be pregnant! Every woman's body works in different manners, therefore they respond to situations in different formations. If you want be 100% sure if you are pregnant or not, go to the dr and get a blood test done. They are 100% accurate! Good luck and best wishes!
