haha, i forgot, I have already used febreze and that works for about a day!

What worked for me was to rent a carpet cleaner with a furniture attachment and use it to remove the nicotine residue, from carpets, seats and head liner. Is a bit of work, but it lasts.

do all of the above but also
with the a/c on and all doors and windows open spray the air freshener into the a/c fan inlet
the odor came back because is hide in the a/c evaporator coil.

If you want it done well, I suggest calling up a car detailing place. They have specialized chemicals that can get rid of any smell out of a car. From dead fish thats been rotting into the carpet to poop. Thats your best bet.

Try sticking those scented dryer sheets under the seats and each one on each seat. Also leave a dish of citrus peels in the car to.

my mom is a smoker..... wut i used to get the smell out is buy a few air freshners and put them in the car with the windows up and heat on..... the heat will make the pores open up more.... therefore gettin rid of the smokerz smell.... now u have to leave it on for about 5 minutes......... once done roll the windows down and let it air out...... once its nice and aired out roll the windows up and by the next two days from u gettin in and out the smell will eventually disapate

Drive fast with the windows open. Its called ventilation. I smoked and my mom never knew and that is how I prevented her from smelling it in my car!
