Consider yourself lucky!!!! Not all women experience symptoms. For my first pregnancy my boobs were not sore at all, but this one they are. I cramped for like a week and a half before I found out I was pregnant this time as well. I wouldn't worry, though. And about ectopic pregnancies:
Ectopic pregnancies occur from 1 in every 40 to 1 in every 100 pregnancies.
About 85% of the women who have had one ectopic pregnancy are later able to have a normal pregnancy. A repeated ectopic pregnancy may occur in 10 - 20% of cases. Some women do not become pregnant again, while others become pregnant and spontaneously abort (lose the baby) during the first 3 months.
The rate of a woman in the United States who die due to an ectopic pregnancy has dropped in the last 30 years to less than 0.1%.
If you miscarried, which I'm sure you didn't, you would have severe cramping followed by a lot of bleeding.
I'm sure you'll be fine, but there are always doctors out there who can tell ya more! Good luck!

When I was pregnant my boobs were only sore once one day & that was it. I had no morning sickness. But I did have lower abdominal cramps around the time & a little bit after I was supose to get my period (which I didn't cuz at that time I was pregnant & didn't know it). I gained weight slowly & steadily, I didn't get real big real fast, I basically stayed the same size - just my belly grew (& my baby turned out healthy). Tubal is not all that rare, I know someone who had it & everything turned out fine. I have no clue what the pink tissure thing was. When you miscarry there should be blood. Call and ask your obgyn about it. The next time they have you go in, they can check to see if everything is normal.

Sounds like your lucky to me. Enjoy it. You could still get morning sickness though. I am having my 4th baby and never have had sore breasts with this one. But I got sick around 6 weeks pregnant, but I always get Morning sickness when Im pregnant. Other than that, I didnt feel pregnant. I was wondering the whole time, even after I went to the dr if I was actually pregnant or not. Now Im 28 weeks. Dont worry aboutnot feeling like your pregnant and congrats. About the other things as,k your doctor about that.

You won't always get sore breasts and morning sickness. Consider yourself lucky!
The cramping could be the normal expanding of your uterus, or it could be a sign of something else happening.
Have you been to the doctor yet? You should address these questions with him/her and let them know your concerns.
If you miscarried, you would have known it. There would have been a lot of bleeding and probably some minor contractions.

You really need to see a doctor or go to a women's clinic, not asking random people on the internet. Also, get yourself some books from the library about being pregnant.
