Hey, I am trying to build my own guitar that would look like this: http://www.carvin.com/products/guitar.php?ItemNumber=BOLT

Does any one know a site that I would be able to get guitar parts for cheap? (not just things like pickups. things like necks and bodies as well)

Thanks,
Ezro

The Carvin kits are probably going to be among the less expensive options you'll find for good quality components. The only other sites you might want to check out would be:

Warmoth- great parts, but will be expensive
US Custom- similar to Warmoth
eBay - probably the best option. Can usually find the Saga Strat kits here, which might be just what you are looking for. Also should have a wide choice of bodies and necks for sale.

Keep in mind that doing a good finish for a kit guitar will wind up costing a little bit as well (ie, if you have the Swamp Ash Carvin kit, you'd need grain filler, sand and sealer, then your laquer... or stain and then clear coat!).

Unfortunately you won't be able to build a guitar for yourself for what that guitar is selling for, but if you'd like to try here are some sites that you can look at:
