I vote for briefcase #3. #1 looks too plain and #2 looks too urban cowboy. # 3 is more like an executive briefcase with just a touch of the western influence thrown in to make it different.

I think the first one looks more Wall Street, if it's in black. Simple, elegant, functional and in black--coordinates with everything. The second one looks like something for a student or teacher. The third one is in the middle of them both. But I think the first works best.

The first one is certainly the most professional looking. It shows simple clear lines and good taste. The second one seems sort of country, and the third one looks like a hassled university TA would carry it around campus. I suggest you go with the first one, and watch your career thrive! Good luck!

I think the 1st looks very feminine, 2nd looks like a cowboy saddle bag and 3rd looks like the one of choice although the 2 buckle thing isn't great. 2nd thought ...the 1st is most practical.
