He also has a lump near his rear end, could he be constapated? Ive made so many trips to the pet store in the last 5 days to get tank equiptment ect. What might be the problem?

The Bettas ought to b enable in to the tank at very youthful age, might desire to b suitable from their FRY degree. Their combating instinct comes certainly from their gene. the alternative generic component for the battling perspective of Aquarium Bettas is they r seperated as quickly as they r referred to as adult adult males 'fries'. So, they certainly no longer get the possibility to mingle with different fishes. additionally, interior the wild, each and every time there's a combat, it does now no longer lasts untill one is lifeless or injured badly. 'Coz, as quickly as the 'defeated' accepts his defeat, he has multiple area to 'wreck out'. while, it is going to now no longer b obtainable in a much extra 'constrained spaced' aquarium tanks, which factors the shortcoming of existence or injuries to the 'defeated'. it is why they are feared to be saved as team fishes. ultimately, to respond to ur Q, sure u can shop Bettas in a team tank with out any probs. between the main extreme-high quality tankmates are non violent Tetras & Barbs like Neons & Cardinals, Cherry & Rosy Barbs, Platies & Swordtails, Danios, Shrimps, ADFs, etc. aggressive & semi-aggressive species might desire to be strictly prevented, in case you do no longer might desire to be sure your Betta interior the receiving end! Eg: Cichlids, Tiger barbs, Gauramis-besides the undeniable fact that an extremely non violent community fish, might tutor some aggression as they are the two from the equivalent family participants and could no longer want to share their territories. (yet! i'm having my Plakat Thai Male-Appu, with a pair of Moonlight Gauramis and a Marbled Angel for extra suitable than a 365 days in my 29gallon, with out any probs.) merely be sure you like the suitable tankmates to your Betta. Have extremely some fake/stay vegetation or rocks or the different decors for the fishes to retreat, no count if or no longer it is the different fishes or your Betta.

He may be constipated, feed him the inside of a cooked pea. Peas are a natural laxative for fish.
