Add more weight to your routine and do LESS reps. per set (around 3 or 4 sets of, say, 6-8). This, along with eating foods high in Protein will benefit you most. Also, stay away from Cardio if you are wanting to GAIN; Cardio burns mass/fat/bulk off!:(

Hope this helps. A great resource for you to buy would be MEN'S HEALTH magazine.

Read Muscle and Fitness magazine, or Men's Fitness.

To be absolutely realistic, if you can put on 10 pounds of muscle in a year, you're doing great! You may gain more, but it will be a mix of muscle and fat, and you don't want that. You will, however, start noticing results within ten sessions of training.

You'll want to consult a personal trainer for a routine you can do: if you join a gym they may give you 2-3 lessons for free. You'll also want to add protein and quality carbs to your diet, but only to the extent you use them.

Good luck!

ok, first try eating more carbohydrates everyday. Then like exericise for like 20 min evryday. Wights, crunches, and pushups, and jogging
In a couple of weeks you should see your stomach with lines seperating pecs
Then in like 5 months you will look like a true man!!!!!

What I started to do is lift weights, and go walking/biking every day. I didn't try to eat right or anything, i started seeing results in one or three weeks. If you want to see results faster eat right along with lifting weights, and go walking/biking every day.

LOTS of protein is essential. If you are working out then eat about 3,000 to 4,000 calories A DAY. Make sure to avoid transfat because that will clog your arteries.
