just about everything. we (greeks)set the bases for western civilization.Let me start: democracy, theatre, architecture, maths(geometry especially),physics,philosphy and many, many words of european languages are greek(see doctors' terminology, also words like: apology, disk, music, harmony, mellody and hundreds more)

Only the though of a democracy, where people get to have a say in their government. Also some architectural things, like the Back of the United States was build with a Hellenic style for a more stable look (cause it's money).
And it was the Romans that did more influence in sex and food. Not sure though, but the Roman empire collapsed from the incompetence of the people to laziness, material pleasure, and personal ascension.
