Actually yes it called animal abuse and is very illegal. Now why exactly did he do this!!?? That is sooo not good im sorry you had to go through that. Now if u do call the police keep in mind he could go to jail and also get a huge fine which might make him angrier so try talking to him first.

I'm very sorry to hear that.
I'm not sure if calling police is a good idea since they might not take you seriously. But some animal facility would probably help you out...like SPCA. You should contact them and see what you can do!
By the way...did you know if someone touches the hamster babies, the mother hamster would eat all of them? Mother hamster doesn't like smelling different scent other than hers for...who knows how long. I don't mean to justify your father, but the babies would have been killed by their own mother anyways even your father brought the babies back to her.

I'm not sure if the police can and/or will do anything but if I were you, I would just mope around when you are with your father. Act like you are really sad what he did really hurt you. This will make him feel really guilty about what he did and either make it up to you or never do it again. I hope this helps.

l think carefully before u act its really important you know that theres a small chance the police would take you seriously and you dont want him getting mad at you. The babies could die anyway.I think he was thinking the best for you.

Yes, you could, but he probably would only get a misdemeanor, which means he would not go to jail, or not very long. He might get very angry with you too. Are you a minor or adult or teen? If you are very young, just tell him you were hurt and very sad by that and are angry with him. If you are older, tell him you would tell if he does it again, it is your pet...You should have chance to get rid of babies to homes later if teen, and if adult, should not be touchng your possessions.

yea u can thats animal abuse. what u need to do is look up animal control in the phone book and call it in only do that if u want ur dad to go to jail. and if u dont want that then id make his life miserable. put dog poop in his face when he is sleeping and hide his car keys be4 he goes to work. if he drinks coffee put somthing nasty in it like salt or panacake syrup lol make everything bad lol....

don't ack like a punk kid your father did you a favor when I was twelve we had hamsters those things just kept multiplying till we had about a hundred or so. If some body would have pointed out then those little things flush real easily it would have saved me one heck of a headache lol.

you may report him to the police, but i don't think that they will fine him or anything.......how horrible of your father...if i were you i would find it very hard to talk to him again....
