I'm trying to find an astimate on the number of people worldwide who celebrate the Dec 31/Jan 1 New Year's Eve/Day. Is it the world's most international holiday?

Everyone pretty much celebrates this, unless if you are on a different calendar, or you are in one of those villages where they are still somewhat primative... and have no human contact other than the people in their villiage.

i can not think of any country that does not celebrate dec 31
