I bought my son some boots from Millets (uk) but they are too small as a gift for christmas. I have lost the receipt do you think they would do an exchange for a bigger size?
I'm hoping...... :)

If you manage to find the person who served you, ask them. It's possible they can prove purchase if it wasn't made too long ago by checking the till.

Although, they still may not be able to help. In that case, I suggest you sell the shoes and buy another pair. But remember to keep receipts in future! I'm keeping all the ones for the presents I bought this year incase any of my relatives have trouble with them.

If the boots still have the tag or UPC code and you have the box or whatever the boots came in you should have no issues exhcanging the boots for a bigger size. Its just good custoemr service.

In the US, most larger store chains will allow an even exchange--like you need-- with or without a receipt.

I've had no problems with "own brands" from Marks and Sparks. Many shops will only replace and not refund if you've lost the receipt. Try it: I think they might if you ask nicely..

yes u should be able to get an exchange but u wont be able to get your money back. However if the boots are now in the sale you will only get the current price for them. Hope this helps! xxx

If you lost the receipt, most likely no, but if there is some other proof that you can find, that would help them.
