I am turning 14 and I live in MI and its too chilly to be outside but to warm to iceskate! I am inviting onle my close friends haley, britt, tiff, katie, rachel, and mabey carissa. I have no clue what to do! I cant spend more thatn $200. I was thinking mabey like we go to the movies than sleepover or get our nails done than sleepover? HELP!

One time, my friend had a birthday party that when we got to her house, we went to the nail salon, and got peticures. Then we went to an icecream shop and had icecream cones. We went back home, and made cupcakes in icecreams cones. Then we had a sleepover. In the morning we went to a diner for breakfast. That's a great idea.

Cosmic Bowling, Go to your local bowling alley see if they offer any birthday specials..for example you might be able to get 20 people for like 3 games for about $80 then figure $20 on decorations,invitations ect, then take $25 for a cake, $15 for pop...and about $60 for pizza's there would be your $200 budget..and you will have a GREAT PARTY! hope this helps!

Sice it is so cold have A theme to your Party , go to Party stores and Have a Beach Party sleep over Hoola dance take pictures plan a treasure hunt , dance to some latest music.plenty good food fun games good movies or whatever nothing better than a theme Party everyone will be talking about your Party summer in the winter Be safe and have fun

I'm 14, so I might be able to help you out. I would get your friends together before the party, and ask them what they'd like to do. Make the $200 spending limit very clear.

Well, I don't know. Your birthday is on the same day as mine.
You got a bro with an XBox or PS2? Then get DDR.
UM3, UM4, EX2, and SuperNOVA are $60 with the pad, and about $10 for every additional pad.
So the total will come out to be....$120.

omg thats my friends b-day she will b 13 (im a year older then her). one of my friend's had her b-day party at a hotel with a pool. its so fun cuz in the hallway and can play games and stuff. she didnt spend a lot of money 4 that i know.
