I have a snowball dance in feb. which is like prom but for seniors only and we have a huge dinner as a whole class. I have prom in april and a pageant in july.

I can reuse one of my dresses for the pageant so i'd need 2 min (3 max) but i'm at a loss as to where to look. i can't break the bank since i could be buying 3 dresses but i want to look nice.

Any ideas as to where i can find a great dress at a great price?

Thanks

You have a few options. You could try Ebay. I have found several formal dresses. Two were brand new, two were like new. Just make sure you take your measurements and ask for the measurements if they are not given in the ad. Because the prom is in a different season, you will have more choices on Ebay for seasonal dresses.
You can also check at a consignment shop. I have also found great dresses there.
Also, since it's right after the holidays, many stores are marking dresses down. Macy's is one of them. You may want to try looking now to get a good deal.
Best of luck!

Well, at Valley Hills Mall in Hickory, there's this new store called Charlote Russe that have THE CUTEST dresses and clothes! If you live close to Hickory, then that's where I would go. Charlote Russe has some cute dresses on sell now so you better hurry up!

It depends where you live. . .Because in Boston there is Filene's Basement, which is a great place for cheap dresses that would normally cost a lot more. . .Places like TJ Maxx and Marshalls are also good. . . . People would never know you paid probably half the price of the department stores.

I would look in consignment stores, and maybe thrift stores. I buy most of my clothes at a fav consignment store and get awesome deals on name brand clothes.
Ebay also has some great deals, but I would think you would want to try it on since it is for a special occasion.
Hope this helps

It depends on what you call affordable. www.PromDressShop.com has dresses in all price ranges. If you want something really inexpensive but really expensive looking, check out their sale dresses (they even have an under $99) page.

Well, depending on were you live, I buy all my dresses for school dances at a store named DEB. I'm not sure if you have one were you live but they have affordable dresses and they're really cheap.

Try Madame Butterfly they have nice dresses over there and once you buy one dress there no one else can get it so it's perfect there won't be any other girls at your school with your dress.
